"I give Cannan 5 stars as I was locked out of the State Farm app account and unable to do anything. I called Cannan and explained the situation. We tried several times together to unlock my account. He then continued working on getting me into my account. Took him to the next day but he finally achieved the impossible and got my account unlocked!! The app, not so good. Cannan, the BEST!
